Creating an account on Wu Xianzhi API (wuxianzhiapi.com) or using the API constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Services

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a single hosted language model. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and all its usage. If the key is compromised, regenerate it.

Acceptable use

You must be an adult. You may not use it for any illegal purpose in your jurisdiction, generate sexual content involving minors, harass others, or attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used this way.

Billing

Usage is billed per token from prepaid credit at the prices shown on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after registration. Paid credit never expires.

Refunds

Credit is non-refundable. Credit is a prepaid balance for the API. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and non-refundable.

Credit never expires, so your money is not lost. Paid credit stays in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or next year.

The only exception: if we are unable to provide the service. If the API cannot work for your account and we cannot restore it, we will refund your unused balance to the wallet address you provided in writing, using the same stablecoin you used for payment.

Mistakes are always corrected. If you paid but credit did not appear, or a top-up was charged twice, send us the transaction details via the Support and we will fix it. This is not a refund request and has no time limit.

Free trial credit is free and intended for testing the API. It is non-refundable or exchangeable and expires 7 days after registration.

If you live in the EU, the European Economic Area, or the UK and buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Independence

Wu Xianzhi API is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appearing on this site are used only to describe compatibility or for comparison, and belong to their owners.

We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
